For our Global ICT team, we are currently looking for a motivated

Cybersecurity Manager (m/f/x)

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain the company’s cybersecurity strategy in collaboration with ICT leadership
  • Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures across all systems and platforms
  • Lead threat and risk assessments and coordinate mitigation plans
  • Oversee the design and implementation of technical security controls (firewalls, antivirus, SIEM, etc.)
  • Coordinate incident response efforts, manage breach investigations, and execute recovery plans
  • Monitor, assess, and respond to vulnerabilities and security alerts
  • Conduct periodic security audits and penetration tests, and report findings to leadership
  • Manage cybersecurity awareness training programs for employees globally
  • Stay current with emerging threats, technologies, and industry regulations

Qualifications and experience

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field is required
  • Recognized professional certifications such as CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), ISO 27001 Lead Implementer / Auditor or CompTIA Security+ or equivalent foundational certifications
  • Strong technical knowledge of security technologies (IDS/IPS, SIEM, endpoint protection, etc.)
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls)
  • Proven experience with risk management and compliance requirements (GDPR)
  • Ability to manage complex projects with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skill
  • Good proficiency in German, excellent command in English, French would be an asset
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a true team player
  • Communicative, adaptable, and loyal personality
  • Independent, reliable, and responsible working style
  • High level of discretion, precision, and commitment
  • Ability to work effectively across cultures and geographies
  • High integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information
  • Experience with awareness training and stakeholder engagement is a plus
