Internal Sales Coordinator (m/f/x) 100% / based in Hamburg, Germany

Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders
  • Provide proactive sales advice
  • Order entry and processing using SAP S/4
  • Respond to customer inquiries
  • Handle return requests, complaints, and repair orders, including processing them
  • Create invoice corrections
  • Carry out telemarketing activities
  • Set up new customer accounts
  • Process drop shipment orders
  • Handle indirect customer orders
  • Processing internal and external order lists
  • Support sales campaigns
  • Assist field sales representatives

Qualifications and experience

  • Personable, flexible, and efficient personality
  • People-oriented with strong interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong communication skills
  • Sales experience
  • Ability to work independently and show initiative
  • Customer-oriented and results-driven approach to work
  • Open, straightforward, friendly, and reliable manner
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a good sense of humor
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken / English is an advantage
  • Solid ERP knowledge (SAP S/4) and proficiency in
  • Microsoft Office applications
