Starting on 1 August 2026, for two years, we are looking for a motivated

IT Intern (EFZ Apprenticeship) (m/f/x) 100%

Responsibilities

  • 1st-level support for internal employees in case of technical issues and inquiries
  • Installation, configuration, and maintenance of workplace systems and peripheral devices
  • Assistance with user management (e.g., accounts, access rights, passwords)
  • Support in rollouts, updates, and minor IT projects
  • Documentation of support cases and solutions
  • Maintenance and inventory management of hardware
  • Creation and updating of internal IT guidelines and documentation
  • Support for the IT team with administrative tasks
  • Participation in team meetings and training session
