ICT-Client & Collaboration Supporter (m/f/x) 100%
Responsibilities
- Ensuring 1st level and on-site support as well as assisting in resolving incidents (2nd level)
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows and Mac clients using Intune
- Optimization of existing and implementation of new IT solutions, including analysis, testing, and documentation
- Application support, Active Directory administration, and maintenance of technical documentation
- Performing system maintenance and providing instructions to employees
- Participation in and leadership of infrastructure projects
- Training of end users
- Support of branch offices without local IT staff and maintenance of the IT infrastructure
Qualifications and experience
- Completed training as an IT specialist or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in the IT environment, particularly in Service Desk (at least 3 years of professional experience)
- Solid knowledge of Intune, Microsoft Power Apps, network technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and common ITSM tools (e.g., ITIL)
- Experience with SCCM, PowerShell, and administration of Microsoft Teams and ServiceDesk Plus
- Experience in technical project management
- Ideally, Apple certification
- Knowledge of working with network printers and secure print solutions such as “uniFlow.
- Good command of German and English
- Additional languages such as French or Spanish are an advantage
- Structured, independent working style with strong customer and quality orientation
- Communicative and strong team player
